Last updated 1 August 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Antramelk Apparel LLC, a company registered in California, United States, is the controller of personal information collected through this site. You can reach our privacy contact at privacy@antramelk.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, and the contents of any message you send us.
- Order information. What you bought, when, at what price, and where it shipped.
- Payment information. Handled by our payment processor. We receive a token, the card brand and the last four digits. We never see or store the full card number.
- Technical information. IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
Why we use it
To take and fulfil your order, process payment, arrange delivery, handle returns, respond to your enquiries, prevent fraud, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — where you have asked for it — send you email about new arrivals. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to run the business: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email platform, our analytics provider and our accountants. Each is bound by contract to use the information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to remember the contents of your shopping bag, one to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are used. Your bag is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device, not on our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings; doing so empties your bag.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time by writing to privacy@antramelk.com. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion; we honour those requests from all customers regardless of where they live. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it and is logged. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
